Director of Marketing & Lead Generation

MarketPro has partnered with a fast-growing mission-driven organization in search of their next Director of Marketing & Lead Generation.   Since 2017, this behavioral health center of excellence company has quickly grown to become a leading provider of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services enriching the lives of children with autism and their families across all communities.

Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing & Lead Generation is responsible for all aspects of patient and professional outreach with a key focus on maximizing marketing ROI and channel optimization.  Additionally, as this organization is achieving accelerated growth, the Director will create a demand generation strategy that drives quality leads while maximizing brand effectiveness.  Managing a team of 3-4 people, and agency and partner relations, the Director of Marketing & Lead Generation oversees outreach activities to ensure departmental goals – driving patient enrollment, maximizing relevant brand exposure, building strong clinical reputation, coordinating clinical outreach, and establishing services in new areas – are met. In addition, you will participate in strategic discussions with the leadership team to determine viability of expansion locations set by the executive team. The Director of Marketing & Lead Generation role is a mission-critical role within the organization.

You should be adept at forging connections, developing relationships, and managing a diverse array of interactions, from professional networks to patient family members. Your goal will be to drive revenue and growth, backed by solid financial acumen. As a self-starter, your initiative and proactive approach will serve you well in this dynamic environment.

Reporting: This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Nurturing: Responsible for all aspects of lead generation from professional and customer sources. Key point of contact for agency relations
  • Market Analysis & Growth: Assess demand in both existing and new markets to drive revenue and client census growth, develop marketing initiatives and campaigns to support business needs, manage branding, and continue to build upon the company’s market position. This includes hosting seminars, workshops, and community events to increase awareness and position brand as a resource for the autism community
  • Client Onboarding: Design and drive efficient sourcing and lead generation, prospect contact and follow-up, and onboarding processes to enroll clients to meet census targets
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Create and nurture current and new referral and stakeholder relationships, including a community engagement program, to support current and future census targets. This includes referral relationships with medical/professional providers, hospital systems, and funding sources
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team with responsibility for hiring, training, developing, and evaluating necessary talent to meet performance goals. Establish targets and incentive plans for the team to drive overall performance
  • Data and Outcomes: Track and report on marketing, lead generation and client pipeline activities and outcomes to various audiences to drive results
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage department budget in the context of business needs, and with agency partners
  • External Resource Coordination: Identify and manage external resources to support company goals
  • Work setting/Travel: This is a hybrid role that will require time spent in an office, center, or other stakeholder setting. Role requires travel via car up to 25% of the time for meetings, events, and review of prospective new market, which may require overnight travel.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years Marketing/Business development in a lead generation / performance marketing environment.
    • ABA/Autism/Behavioral Health/Healthcare experience a bonus
  • Hands-on CRM experience. Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience managing a high-value, high-touch lead generation pipeline.
  • Experience managing web and online marketing channels, either hands-on or with agency partners.
  • Outreach/community engagement experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
