Pearson will lead client relationships for the firm, with a focus on building deep rapport with clients and prospects while expanding MarketPro as a whole.
Pearson most recently worked for AIG as a Managing Principal in its Life & Retirement division. Her marketing background led her to be a perennial leader in business development as a division manager. Prior to AIG, she was Vice President of Brand and Consumer Marketing at General Motors Acceptance Corp. (GMAC) Insurance. There, she and her team created wholesale marketing channels nation-wide. In years prior, Pearson held several Director-level roles in the Marketing organization of United Parcel Service (UPS) including Senior Director of the Digital Brand in which she headed the re-design of UPS.com, and Senior Director CRM Marketing, leading the global implementation of a marketing automation solution for direct marketing in three major continents. During each tenure, she successfully implemented growth strategies that heavily contributed to the company’s top and bottom line performance.
