Sr. Paid Search Manager

MarketPro has partnered with a leading retail furniture brand to locate a Sr. Paid Search Manager for one of the fastest growing, independent retail furniture companies, operating over 200 stores and five state-of-the-art distribution centers.

The Senior Paid Search Manager will interact with a broad range of digital marketing initiatives and lead the paid search team. Ability to multi-task, problem solve, manage multiple timelines and deliver on aggressive goals are key. As a team contributor, this individual will perform tactical tasks, develop collaborative relationships with team members, display clear communication and act proactively on a daily basis. This is an onsite role in Atlanta, Georgia.

Senior Paid Search Manager responsibilities:

  • Work with team to develop interactive search engine marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Work closely with paid media, social media, creative and analytics teams to develop a holistic and omnichannel marketing strategy
  • Monitor web analytics and pull daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc search reports in Google Analytics and other online marketing metrics tools
  • Review data and reports for quality assurance
  • Analyze the effectiveness of search marketing campaigns
  • Summarize data and draw insightful conclusions by identifying key performance indicators
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and new digital strategies
  • Review creative needs and establish schedules, timeframes and deadlines with designers and agencies
  • Perform keyword and website research with recommendations
  • Create, implement and analyze A/B landing page tests
  • Audit and update locations on Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)
  • Determine budget allocations by tactic to maximize ROAS

Senior Paid Search Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant work in search, digital and/or digital analytics
  • Google Search Ads 360 (formerly DoubleClick Search)
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics and Bing Ads
  • Search copywriting and testing
  • Creation and testing through drafts and experiments
  • Creation, management and optimization of Google and Bing PLA, Google LIA and Showcase Ads
  • Location buildout and maintenance in GBP
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills
  • Budget management
  • Automation
  • Agency and client-side experience

  • Flexibility with changing deadlines, focusing on detailed execution
  • Creation and management of YouTube ads
