Based in New York, NY we are seeking to hire their new VP, Online Paid Media & Digital Analytics. You’ll be part of a team of excellent communicators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

This VP position sits within the Brand and Content Strategy group and is responsible for the strategy and management of all paid media and marketing analytics for this highly respected brand. This person will focus on executing and evolving the firm’s paid media strategy to align with the firm’s key goals across all external audiences globally. They will lead an internal team of marketing professionals and also manage key agency and media relationships. This role will have oversight for the following areas:

Paid Media Strategy:

  • Execute the firm’s corporate paid media strategy across all digital channels
  • Oversee media plan design and implementation to ensure we are on target to deliver positive momentum across our key performance indicators
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of paid media campaigns
  • Maintain and manage relationships with paid media partners and publishers
  • Oversee proactive reputational management of the brand’s digital footprint

Analytics, Measurement, and Optimization:

  • Oversee marketing analytics efforts including the measurement of paid campaign effectiveness towards KPI goals
  • Work with the team to develop a meaningful reporting framework to provide key internal constituents with timely, relevant information.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing digital marketing and paid media for B2C brands or publishers
  • Strategic, experienced marketer focused on the big picture of the brand’s overall perception and achieving marketing goals
  • Highly knowledgeable expert in Google Ads/AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook and more
  • Experience managing or supervising a high-performing team preferred
  • Experienced with online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics & Adobe
  • A data-driven individual who is comfortable navigating measurement of campaign effectiveness and getting in the weeds of designing paid media strategies
  • Experience with performance marketing and evaluating technology solutions associated with performance marketing
  • Strong management experience managing a team
  • Deep experience designing and implementing paid media strategies
  • Strong presentation skills with an ability to effectively communicate with executive stakeholders
  • Intellectually curious and interested in illuminating the firm’s thinking inaccessible, clever ways
  • Experience in working with a creative or content team to bring the best ideas forward and ensure messaging thrives in our paid media strategy
  • Passion for keeping up with the latest digital trends
  • Strong editorial judgment, writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced
