MarketPro has partnered with a high growth, software brand to find and hire their new Senior Sales Director in downtown Chicago. Our client is an industry leading Relationship Data Science and Sales Automation platform that is designed to help clients increase revenues, automate mundane sales tasks, and turn their CRM into an insights engine in order to help drive adoption of the system. We empower the world’s leading brands to realize greater value and return on their technology investments while using machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics to drive more revenue and retain more clients.
The Senior Sales Director will accelerate our sales efforts and growth within the North American marketplace. The successful candidate will be charged with building and closing a book of business within a specified geographic territory. They’ll call on medium to large enterprise clients from diverse industries including Professional Services (Accounting, Consulting, Engineering and Legal), Technology, Telecommunications and Financial Services.
This marketing executive search role will be based in Chicago servicing west coast and mid-Atlantic clients.
An ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of solution selling experience with SaaS enterprise technologies. Perfect backgrounds would include CRM, marketing automation, sand ales enablement or ERP. Of course, the candidate would have a track record of consistently crushing quota.
Requirements:
- A proven ability to sell to “C” level executives in Sales, Sales Ops, IT and Marketing
- Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience
- Experience selling multi-year agreements in the $150,000 and up
- A proven ability to sell to “C” level executives in Sales, Sales Enablement and Marketing
- Experience building and managing your own book of business through a network, events, referrals
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience building and managing your own book of business through a network, events, referrals
- Experience in identifying and working with key partners to drive success within the territory
- Experience building and managing your own book of business through a network, events, referrals etc…
- Experience in identifying and working with key partners to drive success within the territory
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Willingness to travel to client sites (35-30% of your time will be travel based)
