MarketPro has partnered with a premier consumer healthcare organization in Wichita Falls, TX looking to hire their Marketing & Communications Director. In this role you will be responsible for defining & executing the digital strategy, brand story and solution messaging with oversight for Content, Website, Solution Marketing and Messaging to drive revenue growth for the company.

This marketing executive search position is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans in support of company’s strategic plan, goals and mission. This position provides marketing support and direction for our company strategic plans respectively. This leader oversees advertising, branding and identity, external communications, research, analysis, plan development and implementation, social media, graphic design, and supervision of marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a key member of the leadership team, providing input and support from a marketing perspective into strategic planning, budgeting, business/program development, and other organizational matters
  • Provides leadership for the development of marketing strategies for the brand
  • Leads market analysis processes and reviews key strategic and tactical priorities of organization to determine most effective marketing strategies
  • Serves as primary marketing consultant to other members of management, looking for appropriate marketing initiatives and opportunities
  • Oversees graphic designer, providing guidance and direction into advertising, artwork and other visual images
  • Ensures an integrated, coordinated approach to marketing by working closely with the Director of Community Relations, Manager of Communications, Electronic Media Specialist, and Foundation Executive Director, implementing marketing tactics including print ads, social media ads, Facebook posts, website updates, community education seminars, news stories, direct mail, brochure development, and videos
  • Responsible for maintenance and integrity of the brand and name
  • Develops and tracks appropriate performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and new business initiatives
  • In conjunction with facility services, develops and ensures adherence to campus signage standards and plan
  • Assess the needs of all stakeholders and create the necessary messaging and communication strategies to build brand awareness, recognition and loyalty
  • Remains up to date on healthcare trends and best practices in the industry
  • Analyzes trends regarding surgical volume, out-migration of services and consumer preferences; develops strategies to drive business

Requirements:

  • Bachelors required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 5-7 years of progressive and innovative experience in marketing research, analysis and strategy, with a proven track record of success
  • 5 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient healthcare marketing strongly preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of web-based technologies, B2B and B2C online, SEO, Content and Web Management, Analytics, ROI Analysis, Digital Marketing, Email, Mobile Apps
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and related lead scoring, nurture campaign mapping, program building and campaign planning
  • Strategic thinker focused on results and is also able to deliver tactical projects when needed
  • Ability to manage all aspects of United Regional’s internal and external image
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret data, identify its strategic implications, and communicate that analysis effectively
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, its opportunities and challenges
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and good independent judgement skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
