Role Overview

VP Marketing is a key member of the global management team. The new executive will have responsibility for building the marketing plan and team to facilitate top line growth.

He / she will have complete global responsibility for:
• Marketing Strategy
• Marketing Execution
• Marketing Team Leadership / Mentorship
• Marketing ROI
• Digital / Online Marketing
• Branding / Advertising
• Public Relations / Communications (external and internal)


• Develop a global marketing strategy that drives growth, increases leads and brand awareness
• Define and own measurable, ROI-oriented strategy and goals for global marketing systems, programs, and results consistent with the company’s strategic objectives
• Empower and leverage existing and new staff to continually grow their results, expectations, and stretch for increasingly higher levels of impact and overall company-wide success
• Continuously define and optimize B2B traditional and digital marketing campaigns to quickly grow awareness, leads and ultimately customers


• More than ten years of strategic marketing experience with growing B2B companies
• Must have experience building or reorganizing a marketing team
• Must have proven track record of success of managing multiple brands
• Looking for a Level 5 Leader
• BA/BS in Marketing and or related fields MBA is a plus
