MarketPro has partnered with a major consumer brand in Atlanta, GA in search of a Digital Marketing Coordinator. We are currently seeking someone to provide solid understanding of web, mobile and social media technologies, and is comfortable interacting with both internal team members and agency/vendor partners

This marketing staffing position will manage and execute cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (web, social, email, SMS, push messaging, etc.) to drive incremental sales, increase brand awareness and drive guest loyalty.  This individual will manage many projects and assist with all aspects of digital marketing.  To succeed in this role, the Digital Marketing Coordinator must be passionate, has excellent project management skills, is detail oriented, and has a collaborative focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the execution of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (web, social, email, SMS, push messaging), including the development of creative briefs, managing digital calendars, managing digital assets, creating campaign lists, and performs all execution tasks: QA, creative/content review, approvals, HTML coding, final proofing, scheduling and deployment
  • Identifies and troubleshoots issues related to deployments, segmentation, delivery, etc.
  • Tracks project status and focuses on meeting milestones and deliverable deadlines
  • Monitors health and accuracy of the digital ecosystem (website, mobile app, online ordering, SEO, digital footprint, email, SMS, social, etc.)
  • Monitors and optimizes email / SMS deliverability and reputation
  • Manages offers, including setup, QA, deployment and tracking
  • Assists the social media team in reviewing and managing online reputation and daily social community management
  • Oversees all website tagging and tracking with Google Analytics and GTM
  • Assists with web analytics and provides optimization recommendations
  • Creates reports for social and digital trends, sentiment, and channel activity for weekly and monthly scorecards and presentations
  • Manages (Intranet) for digital, social and loyalty internal communications
  • Tracks and summarizes campaign metrics/test results to help apply learnings to future marketing campaigns
  • Tracks vendor expenses and invoicing for the digital team
  • Project manager for development projects and ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Collects and analyzes data related to digital media marketing campaigns – i.e. Google Analytics, Social Media, SEM, etc.
  • Provides updates to marketing leadership and partners; escalates potential issues or opportunities as needed
  • Monitors and gather competitive digital marketing communications and shares with marketing team
  • Helps research and develop key learnings regarding the digital user and serves as a liaison between the brand, its audience and users
  • Partners with other members of the marketing team to accomplish all marketing activities, activations and other business initiatives
  • Helps support internal and external communications regarding the brand’s digital programs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing, loyalty marketing, or email marketing experience
  • Technically proficient with proven experience using CRM, marketing automation, campaign management and email / sms marketing tools
  • Solid project management skills with excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing and working with internal and external agencies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills with incredible attention to details, and ability to interpret and communicate key findings
  • Content management experience a must
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience a must
  • Social media marketing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, UX and campaign tracking principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to important details
  • Strong interpersonal, written, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter; able to clarify ambiguity and create solutions in a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build working relationships through collaboration, influence and negotiation to successfully accomplish a task
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant industries preferred

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • BS in Marketing or a related field required
