As the marketing executive search firm on this search, we are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team based outside of Archbold, OH.

As their next Marketing Manager, you will work with the Marketing Director on the promotion and direction of the marketing activities, improvement of organization’s product image, market data, and information. He/She will also provide hands-on support of a broad range of marketing activities and/or promotes sales and develops goodwill for organization’s products among customers or prospects.


  • Develop and design new materials covering advertising, public relations, and review website performance
  • Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
  • Attends trade shows and sales meetings
  • Coordinates with outside sales representatives and independent sales representatives are to keep informed of product changes that might affect sales or service
  • Supports advertising programs and communication programs designed to promote products
  • Participates in new product launches
  • Plans own work schedules and oversees additional staff activities
  • Works closely with organization personnel to ensure prompt service to customers
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
  • Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
  • Assists in the development of the pricing strategy and structure
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
  • Contacts existing or potential customers
  • Supervises one additional member of Marketing staff


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years B2B corporate marketing environment
  • 5+ years experience in advertising, public relations, inbound marketing, campaign execution and management
  • Sound business management skills, excellent analytical and conceptual skills and problem solving skills are the foundation of your success to date
  • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Hands-on experience with web content, web design and social media
  • Creative and tech savvy, inspired by emerging technologies
  • Experience with editing copy and working with research
  • Has management experience and is committed to growing and coaching employees
  • Software:MS Office, ERP experience (Epicor a plus), Adobe Illustrator, InDesign desktop publisher
