Senior Marketing Manager Opportunity- Atlanta, GA

The goal of this marketing job is to successfully create disruptive programs that will build lasting bonds and meaningful business across the brand portfolio of solutions.  The right candidate will be a key player in Atlanta that will plan, organize and execute marketing programs that target new and existing clients, and is excited at the prospect of running both physical events (tradeshows) and online/digital events.


  • Refine the vision, approach and capability for digital marketing in partnership with other business owners
  • Develop and maintain an effective digital channel strategy, inclusive of paid, earned and owned digital channel marketing
  • Lead social strategy, planning and execution to create a cohesive narrative and approach to telling brand stories
  • Promote and run captivating web seminars, focused on increasing demand in the market
  • Work closely with content marketing to design & activate programming in the market
  • Develop a unified event and field marketing strategy spanning multiple geographies, customer segments
  • Coordinate all aspects of each event or activity – from venue to agenda and driving participation and follow up
  • Ensure timely lead routing and follow up with local teams to track success metrics


  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or Communications required
  • 7+ years’ hands-on B2B experience in digital marketing or marketing campaign design with a heavy digital focus
  • Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – analyze and make meaning out of data, translating that into actionable changes; always innovating, never satisfied with the status quo
  • Proven ability to manage and develop both physical event and online digital marketing programs
  • Deep knowledge around best practices including guidelines for tradeshow logistics, social media, webcast development and paid media
  • Expert in modern webcast, social media and web site tools
  • Proven experience growing and earned social media channels including Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Technology-savvy with keen interest in emerging technologies and “all things digital”, including marketing automation (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) lead management strategies (lead scoring, lead nurturing, etc.), CRM systems and sales processes
  • Expert negotiator with online media vendors
  • Ability to develop training material with the focus on growing and up-skilling the broader team
