MarketPro has partnered with a national brand  on the outskirts of Atlanta in Duluth, GA in search of a Contract-to-Hire Marketing Manager. In this marketing staffing position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of advertising and marketing to drive franchise sales and increase center enrollment including website management, social media, and supporting franchisees with local advertising strategies and implementation of yearly campaigns.


● Oversight of a yearly marketing campaign to increase brand awareness and ensure consistent brand image (Print, Website, Media)
● Working with vendor partners and franchise owners to implement and track effectiveness of multiple advertising campaigns including web advertising, print, radio, banners, billboards, trade shows in both the areas of enrollment and franchise sales
● Oversight of the corporate website by partnering with leading web design vendor to increase appeal and functionality
● Monthly reporting and assessment of website functionality including Franchise Sales lead capture, website tour enrollments, PPC to enrollment cost and conversion rates, and the progress and success of individual franchise marketing plans
● Daily management of social media and social media advertising which may including writing or editing 3-5 posts and/or blog articles per week
● Market analysis to provide personal marketing plans per franchisee
● Training and individual support to franchisees in managing their own web pages and social media as well as training sessions for new owners and yearly Owners’ Summit
● Management of a franchisee owners’ board to gain knowledge of the childcare industry and owners’ needs in creating campaigns
● Monitors and provides analysis of leading childcare competitors to track trends in education, media, and marketing efforts


● 5 to 8 years’ experience in Marketing
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field
● Graphic design experience preferred

This is a contract-to-hire position.
