MarketPro has partnered with a national financial services company in Atlanta, GA  in search of contract-to-hire marketing talent in the form of a Content Marketing Manager. We are currently seeking someone who will develop, implement, and lead the promotion of content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to drive inbound lead generation, grow brand awareness, and increase customer engagement and loyalty. Our client is looking for a candidate with excellent written communication skills and an innovative approach to content creation across a variety of channels to increase our digital footprint. You will be responsible for researching, creating, writing, managing, and executing a compelling and engaging content strategy that grows the business and our Client’s brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, compelling content including webinars, white papers, promotional copy, infographics, testimonials, e-newsletters, blog posts, social media, and video, which drive leads and conversion
  • Design and manage the editorial content calendar – set periodic content plans that align with corporate initiatives, marketing campaigns, industry events, and a stream of evergreen content to support SEO goals
  • Lead social distribution and execute social media program to stimulate traffic, brand awareness, and inbound leads
  • Develop and implement content processes and guidelines (including scalable content models, messaging strategies, lead gen marketing tactics, etc.)
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm, execute, and promote compelling content in support of marketing campaigns, brand building, acquisition, and retention
  • Establish analytics with key stakeholders to understand how our inbound marketing activity and content lead to customer growth and overall ROI
  • Test and explore new acquisition channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Content Marketing for digital and traditional assets, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and social Media Marketing experience
  • Experience with Word Press
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel and related applications
  • Superior communication skills and organizational skills
  • Enough SEO knowledge to know how to create content that ranks well in search engines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support a sales team

This is a contract-to-hire marketing position.
