MarketPro has partnered with the established leader in the academic learning industry in northern Atlanta, GA in search of a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager provides support to the digital marketing team on a variety of digital projects, with a concentration in the following areas: web analytics, web project management, paid search, SEO and paid display, among others. The ideal candidate for this marketing recruitment will be analytical, knowledgeable in a variety of digital tactics and be a self-starter. The position is part of the Marketing team and it reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities:

ANALYTICS

  • Compiles and analyzes reports from Google Analytics; looks for areas of opportunity and optimization
  • Serves as the internal Subject Matter Expert for the integrated marketing analytics platform
  • Pulls reports as  from other analytics tools as needed
  • Reports weekly on digital inquiries and projections
  • Leads the development of digital marketing analytics slides for company presentations
  • Maintains updated company level dashboards and infographics; also ensures that school level dashboards are delivered on time

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

  • In coordination with agency partners and IT, works on scheduling and executing website enhancements and bug fixes
  • Updates website content using the Content Management System
  • Tracks projects and spending against the monthly website maintenance budget

DIGITAL ADVERTISING

  • Works with agency partners to implement and manage paid search strategy, ensuring positive ROI
  • Oversees SEO and paid display strategies
  • Reviews franchise digital marketing plans and provides feedback on digital elements

DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Monitors and reports on open tickets submitted by schools/school marketing consultants (SMCs) and their status
  • Works on the tickets in their assigned area until resolved
  • Serves as main point-of-contact for SMCs on digital-related questions from schools – provides quick and consistent answers to questions, elevates questions and issues as needed. Catalogs questions to guide and recommend future training opportunities and materials for schools and internal staff
  • Provides tactical support for the planning, production and post-production of all brand videos in collaboration with Director of Marketing Support & Creative Services
  • Leads Franchise Management Training activities (training development and delivery) for digital marketing initiatives
  • Supports strategic planning for digital marketing activities along with year-round budget management

PROJECT WORK

  • Provides assistance on other projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience working on digital marketing projects, including video production
  • Experience using Google Analytics or other leading web analytics measurement tools
  • Experience with website content management systems
  • Strong communication, project management, analytical and presentation skills
  • Must be a team-player – ability to maintain productive relationships with franchise owners, co-workers and agency partners
  • Proven track record of managing multiple deadline-driven digital projects with completion on time, on brand and on budget; willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and positive customer service spirit
  • Experience in a franchised brand, a plus
