MarketPro has partnered with a top consumer brand in Atlanta, GA in search of a contract Catalog Marketing Manager with the possibility of moving into a full-time role. We are currently seeking someone whose focus is to make sure the right prospect receives the right catalog and promotional items. This is a hybrid role that is a blend of direct marketing and (database marketing) customer segmentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Catalog circulation planning and analysis for company’s house file
  • Manage customer retention and reactivation efforts done via catalog
  • Work closely with co-op vendors to develop and test new reactivation and acquisition models
  • Manage in-house customer modeling initiatives
  • Develop, set up, and analyze A/B testing for catalog creative/promo, etc.
  • Prepare and present marketing recommendations based on customer-level analysis across all purchase channels
  • Perform ROI analyses to determine viability of new marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent marketing messages across all media
  • Prepare and present campaign-level results and analysis to different departments
  • Effectively communicate all catalog promotions to call center in support of customer service
  • Setup and testing of all catalog offer codes and key codes
  • Setup and testing of all catalog promotions
  • Responsible for customer retention via consistently engaging customers via direct mail pieces (i.e. thank you letters, etc.)
  • Responsible for promotions, leveraging customer segmentation and customer data to ensure each person receives the right promotions (offerings)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business- related field
  • 5+ Years’ experience in Direct Marketing
  • Ability to interact and communicate with senior management
  • Self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and further develop the circulation function
  • Exceptionally organized
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong understanding of Profit & Loss analysis
  • Ability to multi task and work within tight deadlines
