MarketPro, the top marketing manager staffing firm,  has partnered with a global healthcare company in Atlanta, GA in search of a contract Marketing Manager. We are currently seeking someone to work with our Client’s Communications team developing and execute on materials for market development program.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales training for market development program
    • Build webinar-based training program to launch market development program
    • Create e-learning modules to supplement classroom learning
    • Deliver classroom and webinar-based training program to sales organization
  • Develop materials for market development program
    • Collaborate with agency partner(s) to create compelling materials to drive greater utilization of market development program
    • Identify opportunities to re-package existing materials to increase physician referral and patient education
    • Update content for key existing materials to comply with legal and regulatory guidelines
    • Gain approval for all materials through multi-disciplinary review committee comprised of legal, regulatory, trademark, and medical affairs directors
  • Ensure successful execution of market development program
    • Consult with sales team and customers on how to leverage the program
    • Interface with sales team, customers, and finance organization on program reimbursements
    • Analyze program results and form recommendations to optimize / expand the program
    • Maintain relationships with 3 external vendors supporting the program
    • Prepare executive presentations on program results
    • Address systems and logistics issues associated with program as needed
  • Lead communication plan and PR activities to drive physician and patient awareness of key disease state
    • Partner with PR agency to develop integrated communication plan and key messages
    • Engage creative team to build suite of materials to support plan
    • Gain approval for all materials through multi-disciplinary review committee comprised of legal, regulatory, trademark, and medical affairs directors
    • Communicate national awareness campaign initiatives to sales organization with direction on how to leverage with customers
  • Manage integrated TV and digital consumer advertising plan
    • Analyze consumer advertising plan results and provide recommendations to continually optimize the plan
    • Serve as primary point of contact for the media planning agency
    • Prepare executive presentations on the consumer advertising plan results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications
  • 4-5 years’ related marketing experience (healthcare marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Creative problem solver with a combination of good intuitive judgment and analytical skills
  • Solid business maturity to interact with senior leadership
  • Strong initiative, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all functional areas
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and pace consistent with a start up
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook

This is a contract position.
