MarketPro has partnered with a top consumer brand in Atlanta, GA in search of a contract Creative & Digital Services Manager. We are currently seeking a well-versed Creative & Digital Services professional who enjoys coordinating marketing and operational activities across creative vehicles and agencies. The contract Creative & Digital Manager will manage execution and flow of creative/digital marketing projects, Label Design & SOP Process, and Lead Ad/Promo SOP Process.


  • Reviews project briefs with internal clients (project initiators), providing input on project criteria and determining available resources and final deliverable timing
  • Leads all creative and technical development work with external agencies- briefs agencies, manages agency work-flow and output from project start to final deliverables, ensures that agencies remain within scope of work and budget
  • Supports internal clients by providing feedback on agency submissions, helping identify needed revisions to align final deliverables with objectives in project briefs
  • Maintains complete record of all current projects- documenting key stakeholders, project objectives & components, project status and next steps and overall timelines
  • Identifies bottle-necks/obstacles in project flow and helps find solutions
  • Vehicles within this responsibility include: Labels (graphic design), print advertising, digital advertising, broadcast advertising (radio & TV), coupons, brand websites, web landing pages, Client’s selling/information materials
  • Provides input to Brand Managers on external agency submissions for major graphic design updates
  • Manages external agency on minor design projects, providing direction on required changes and proofing work before returning to internal clients (acts as liaison between Brand Marketing and agencies)
  • After label changes/updates are approved through first round of internal review, manages process flow with external printers to generate initial mechanical proofs and final hard-copy proofs
  • Reviews all printer proofs and color standards to ensure alignment with brand standards, identifying issues and helping external printers optimize pantones and treatments
  • Ensures that Label SOP paperwork and documentation are maintained through process and returned to project initiators and Client’s Regulatory Manager at project completion
  • Lead Ad/Promo SOP Process
  • Schedules and leads weekly Client’s PCR (Promotional Committee Review) meetings, documenting required changes to marketing pieces and helping explain rationale for key commercial requirements
  • Compiles and distributes review materials in advance of each meeting
  • Ensures that agencies and internal Web Developer complete all required changes/edits and obtains final approval from PCR Chair


  • BA or BS Degree
  • 3-5 (higher emphasis on project management & digital/technical)
  • Project management, digital marketing and website functionality (knowledge of digital programs and familiarity with digital & technical terms), creative development (copy writing or graphic design),
  • Graphic Design, Communications or Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills: must be able to articulate concepts and design rationale to team and stakeholders and provide direct feedback to external agencies
  • Project management skills- ability to establish workflow and monitor projects, timelines and resources
  • Experience with label design- pantone selections, printing techniquesExperience with Microsoft’s Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite software which includes In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Acrobat
  • Experience with Google Analytics (Web Designer can pull analytics, Creative/Digital Manager should understand metrics and how to read)
