MarketPro has partnered with a top financial services company south of  Boston, MA in search of a contract Website Marketing Manager. We are currently seeking a strong well-versed web project management professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. The Website Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day management of the Education Finance website content and user experience upgrade projects. You will support new product releases, maintenance updates, and enterprise-wide digital channel upgrades.


•    Perform project requirements gathering and definition through consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
•    Recommend and validate Information Architecture including site map, page flow, navigation architecture, wire  frames, usability studies, analysis and findings
•    Perform web analytics and results analysis
•    Contribute to annual digital channel strategy roadmap creation
•    Perform competitive analysis
•    Collaborate with content publishing team to perform development work and publish web content
•    Collaborate with digital agency partners on a regular basis
•    Participate in business case development, writing, and delivery as well as ROI-projections for web site projects
•    Provide creative evaluation and adherence to brand standards/ style guide maintenance
•    Diligently follow compliance regulations and processes


•    Education: Bachelor’s degree required; BA in Marketing or ecommerce preferred; MBA preferred
•    7 to 10 years in digital marketing
•    Education Finance and or financial services experience is a bonus
•    Background in the digital space
•    Meticulously detail oriented
•    Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects at the same level of detail
•    Organized, controlled, engaged, polished meeting management
•    Persistent follow-through in project management
•    Expandable capacity / excellent time management skills / ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
•    Strong written and oral communication skills
•    WebTrends web analytics
•    Content management system experience
•    Visio
•    Adobe Creative Suite
•    Familiarization with web technology and some HTML
